Meatball Scramble Egg

This spicy and delicious recipe is super easy and perfect for lunch with the family

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

20 pcs Bakso Simphoni
2 pcs chicken eggs
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon chicken stock powder
½ teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 glass of water

Spices

50 grams of red chilies
10 grams of curly red chilies
10 grams of cabai rawit
4 red onions
2 cloves of garlic

Direction

1. Heat a frying pan and add cooking oil. Add the chicken eggs and fry scrambled.

2. Add all the ground spices to the pan and stir-fry until evenly mixed.

3. Put the meatballs and water into the pan. Reduce the heat and cook until mixed evenly.

4. Season with salt, sugar, chicken stock powder, sweet soy sauce and ground pepper. Stir well and cook until boiling.

5. Once cooked, turn off the stove and the dish is ready to be served.
