Kwetiaw Siram Bakso

Delicious recipe is super easy and perfect for lunch with the family

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

150 grams kwetiaw
5 pcs beef meatballs
2 cloves of garlic
20 grams of green cabbage/pokchoi
20 grams of carrots
20 grams of cabbage
Sesame oil
Salty soy sauce
500 ml mineral water
1 egg
Mushroom/chicken stock
Salt
Pepper
Cornstarch

Direction

1. Boil kwetiaw with hot water then drain immediately. In a bowl, mix kwetiaw with sesame oil and soy sauce. Stir well. Set aside.

2. Heat the oil. Saute garlic until fragrant.

3. Add the meatballs and cook until it’s cooked.

4. Add green cabbage /pokchoi and cabbage. Stir well.

6. Put water and chicken stock. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook until all the vegetables are cooked.

7. Add eggs. Stir until the eggs are crumbly.

8. Pour the cornstarch mix while stirring until you get the right consistency.

9. Add sesame oil and green onion. Stir well and remove from heat.

10. Arrange the kwetiaw on a serving plate. Pour over the sauce on the kwetiaw.

11. Ready to serve.
